Senior Product Manager

Product Manager | Dublin | Hybrid | 12 Month FTC

Hiring on behalf of a global SaaS platform specialising in employee experience and communications, reaching over 40 million employees worldwide. Seeking an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of key product initiatives during a period of maternity cover.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate product vision aligned with company objectives
• Translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into clear strategic direction
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch, partnering with engineering and design
• Own product roadmaps, backlog, requirements, user stories, and success criteria
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across concurrent initiatives
• Align and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Partner with GTM teams on positioning, packaging, pricing, and launch planning
• Drive internal enablement to support sales, customer success, and delivery teams
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to product leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years' Product Management experience in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record delivering product in an Agile development environment
• Data-driven approach to prioritisation and product strategy
• Experience collaborating across sales, customer success, engineering, design, and marketing
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level
• Comfortable operating across multiple locations and time zones
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
